99% of the genuine materials we use to fix your machines are loaded on our serviceman’s trucks, so you will have us fix your appliance on the spot unless it’s something special that we get your authorization before we go ahead and order it with the main office and give you a quote for each unique repair. Repairs come with all parts and labor with our warranty for one year. Please feel free to call us with any concerns 24/7 year round including all holidays.
Our schedules are based on morning and afternoon shifts. On the day of your repair/maintenance we will give you a call and tell you whether your unit will be serviced in the morning or afternoon. If there is a certain time that is more suitable to your needs, we are willing to work with your schedule.
Our service technicians are put through a qualifying test every 6 months. By visiting a seminar twice a year to carry out these tests they are able to become acquainted with any procedure changes or updates that can help them perform top quality repairs.
